For rainy days!
Cape is snooded and from raincape fabric. Closing with two snaps over rear legs. Long enough to cover Afghan Hound hair at sides.
Care of cape:
Hand wash only. Use liquid soap. No dryer. Dry on air, never on pattery/radiator.
